The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right on the beach. I had the opportunity to dine at various restaurants, and the food was exceptional, especially at the sushi restaurant and the Mexican restaurant. The room I stayed in was beautiful, with a spacious layout and modern decor. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were satisfying.

The selection of food at the buffet was quite limited, and the quality was mediocre at best.

The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing views of the hotel and the ocean.

The food at the lunch restaurants was just okay, but the Japanese restaurant stood out with its delicious dishes. The location of the hotel was quite far from the heart of the city, made day trips to popular sites like Chichén Itzá time-consuming.

I loved the variety of included restaurants, the nice bathtub after it was fixed, the awesome pools and bar service, and the friendly people.

the Spa & wellness centre was amazing and had all the amenities needed for complete relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and relaxing, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. the location was perfect, with direct beach access and stunning views of the ocean. the restaurant options were varied and delicious, with special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities in our room made us feel pampered and taken care of.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at the lobby bar, where there was some confusion with our order and it took longer than expected to receive our drinks. the other bar areas on the property had excellent service, so this was not a major concern.

The amenities were luxurious, including an outdoor swimming pool, spa lounge, sauna and sun terrace. There was a wide selection of delicious food options at the restaurant, and the staff provided exceptional service. the treatment room was equipped with top, of, the, line beauty treatments and massages, which were relaxing and refreshing. the private facilities were exclusive and well, maintained, providing a serene atmosphere.

One minor issue was the inconsistent live entertainment and limited aqua park access. the gorgeous garden area and shallow end provided a relaxing and peaceful environment.

The pools were amazing and we enjoyed the free yoga and pilates classes by the main pool. The spa and gym were great, and our room was clean, modern, and had a beautiful bathtub and balcony. The staff were friendly and the variety of restaurant options for dinner was excellent. The food was safe and delicious, and we particularly loved the Italian restaurant. The tennis court was a great addition and we played every day. There were also convenient shops on the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.
